Turkish-Style Eggs

Ingredients
4 eggs
1½ cups Greek yoghurt
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp lemon juice + 1 tsp zest
1 tsp olive oil
1½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp cumin
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Chopped dill, to garnish
2 tsp chilli oil (optional)
2–4 slices sourdough, toasted
Method
Prepare the yoghurt base – In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, cumin, cayenne, olive oil, salt, and pepper. This will be your creamy, tangy, spiced base.
Cook the eggs – Boil or poach your eggs to your preferred doneness. Poached eggs keep the yolk soft, preserving mood-supportive omega-3 fats.
Assemble – Spread the yoghurt mixture generously over toasted sourdough. Top with your cooked eggs.
Finish – Drizzle with chilli oil (if using), sprinkle with chopped dill, and serve warm.
