Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8–10 Medjool dates, pitted and sliced through the centre

  • 8 tsp nut butter of choice (I love almond, peanut, or cashew)

  • 80 g dark chocolate, melted

Method

  1. Slice each Medjool date open (without cutting all the way through) and remove the pit.

  2. Fill each date with 1 tsp of your chosen nut butter.

  3. Dip or drizzle with melted dark chocolate, ensuring each one is well-coated.

  4. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and set in the fridge until firm.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
