Magnesium Mood-Boosting Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 medjool date, pitted
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional, but adds a warm depth)
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp manuka honey (optional, for extra sweetness and gut support)
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 capsule magnesium glycinate (open and use powder only)
Method
Add all ingredients into a small saucepan over low-medium heat.
Warm gently, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through and the date is soft (about 5–7 minutes).
Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into your favourite mug, sip slowly, and enjoy!
