Affordable & Easy Fried Rice

Affordable & Easy Fried Rice
Ingredients
2 tsp sesame oil (or any oil or butter you have)
500gm beef mince
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
250g frozen mixed veggies
50g frozen peas
2 packets of jasmine rice (or any leftover cooked rice)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce)
1/2 bunch spring onions, chopped (whites and greens seperated)
3 eggs
Method
Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil and add the whites of the spring onion, garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add in the minced meat, breaking ti down and cook until browned.
Add the frozen veggies. Sauté until they are warmed through.
Add the rice, oyster sauce, and tamari, stirring for about a minute to combine.
Push the rice mixture to one side and pour the beaten eggs into the empty side of the pan. Once the eggs are nearly cooked, break them up and mix them into the rice.
Stir through chopped greens of the spring onions.
